The fourth sign of the Zodiac, Cancerians are often described as highly emotional. How much truth is there to the rumour?

Represented by the Crab, it’s said to depict the crab that attacked Hercules while he was fighting the Hydra. Interestingly, it’s sometimes shown as a crayfish or scarab- and, indeed, the present word is derived from the Greek word for crayfish. The crab is a highly appropriate symbol for Cancerians; their seemingly hard outer shell masks a soft centre.
